Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Teaching Assistant (TA) to enhance our Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) for the esteemed “Certified Professional Biller Training” course. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring students throughout their educational experience, ensuring they meet their course goals while feeling fully supported in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized mentoring and support to students, facilitating their understanding and achievement of course objectives.
  • Assist learners in effectively navigating the designated course materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, delivering timely and constructive feedback.
  • Utilize the learning management system (LMS) to access course content and maintain communication with students.
  • Engage actively in live virtual sessions, collaborating with the instructor and interacting with students.
  • Adapt diverse teaching methods to relate course concepts to practical applications in the field.
  • Be available for consultations with students during designated office hours or scheduled appointments via virtual platforms, telephone, or email.
  • Participate in orientation sessions to become acquainted with institutional policies and the learning management system.
  • Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
