Remote Sales Representative - Training Provided/Work from Home id-1198

The Summers Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work from home and receive comprehensive training. 
 

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a 1099, commissioned based role plus the opportunity for bonuses.. In addition, we offer health & life insurance. The Summers Agency also provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities for personal and career growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus but not required
