Coastal Travel Solutions is a leading travel agency that provides exceptional travel experiences to its clients. We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing our clients with top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about our travel services and products
• Help customers book and manage their travel itineraries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
• Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
