Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into RBC’s systems.
Verify and review data for errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Follow data program techniques and procedures.
Generate reports and compile data as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence.
