Position Description:

Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects within our CRM system. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM software, project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful execution of CRM initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of CRM projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related projects.
  • Train and support end-users to fully utilize the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the CRM system supports the company's business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and IT teams.
